consolidate and document licensing terms #7
Description
Remove BBC from copyright statements - copyright may be claimed if desired, but only if it benefits the organisation (i.e. if the organisation decides to - whatever that means).
In the meantime, copyrights should reflect the contributors and licensing should be consistent - I'd suggest MIT style. There should be a statement about copyright and licensing for the various projects on the site.
