This is known limitation of Miller-Rabin primality test and is clearly stated in the "Algorithm" section:

However, with astronomically small probability, a false positive may occur - it is possible (but extraordinarily unlikely) that a number declared prime is actually composite.

According to Jiang, Yupeng; Deng, Yingpu (2012). "Strong pseudoprimes to the first 9 prime bases" arXiv:1207.0063v1, 3825 12305 65464 13051 the number you picked is the smallest composite number which is a strong pseudo prime for bases 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19 and 23.
