[FEAT]: General coverage report generation

Feature reques

We can automatically generate html coverage reports for test files, this feature is currently not supported.

Required changes

Requirements which implemented feature should support:

1. Fix htmlgenerator problem with relative paths and figure out how to make report generation independent from the paths
2. Are html coverage reports even needed for solidity? Maybe we can use some other tools to generate reports from lcov since htmlgenerator increases number of dependencies...
