User Story:

As a user, I would like to easily find the information describing all ways in which I can engage with the OSCAL community and NIST team and become a contributor.

Goals:

• Website modification
• A Pull Request is submitted containing the above changes.

Dependencies:

• Plan the creation of the Engage Tab and the consolidation of Calendar, Mailing lists & Gitter info with MEM and DEFINE Meetings Info and Presentations

Acceptance Criteria

• A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
• The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.
