Migrate to PyTrilinos2 #1169
Description
PyTrilinos is not maintained. Its conda-forge feedstock is limited to Python 3.7/3.8, which are beyond end of life.
PyTrilinos2 is supposed to be a reimplementation with an automatically generated interface that more completely accesses the C++ API.
