Power Limits kind of funky #23
Description
Hi, so I was testing out the performance of windows 11 vs cachyos, and the power draw for linux is significantly less than on windows 11 even though the power limits is set exactly to how ghelper is on windows 11, I tried testing this out by manually installing asusctl and setting to performance, and I was able to close the gap much more. The power limits do not seem to be applying to the system, and has a problem that when I unplug and plug back in, the limits are still at the silent levels.
