Missing "Stop all apps using dgpu when switching to Eco mode" feature.

The above feature in G-helper windows allowed seamless Standard to Eco-mode switching, without a reboot or relogin, but here that ability is missing.
Request to add this feature so dgpu and igpu swtiching is more seamless.
