Create the patches

Thanks for sharing your code. I am able to run the code with the patches downloaded from google drive.

Can you point me to the function in your code which produces the patches from the original Colon cancer images?

how do you create the patch ? by hand? or through the method of image processing?

The patches are cropped centered at nuclei centroids from colon dataset. Basically need groundtruth labels to do that.
