Support system installed llama.cpp

👋 It would be great that llama-cpp-sys-2 check the system installed llama.cpp before building its own.

Oh, fair enough, sorry. When I wrote that I didn't imagine that any package managers distribute llama.cpp (and that if they did it would just be binaries), nor that it would even be technologically possible to use it considering how custom the llama-cpp-2-sys build.rs is.
Not an area I have a grasp on so I'll minimize my comments. My bad.

yeah, no worries, it is fairly common for the rs bindings to have pkg-config to leverage the system installed binaries rather than building (save build time and space). Thanks for the chat. :)
