My ubuntu VM doesn't loading

A few days ago my ubuntu vm gave me a low disk space warning (about 650MB) yesterday when i tried to open it this vm i have been using for a long time would not open. when i press start vm the loading screen bar fills up but the ubuntu screen does not come up.

I had a similar problem before with zoom meeting on the computer, but when I turned off zoom the vm worked.

I cloned vm and tried rezise, compress and reclaim space options but no luck. i was using utm version 4.1, updated to 4.4 and tried again, nothing changed. anyone have any ideas and can help?

I'm using Macos Sonoma with M1 pro cpu.
