100% CLI alone workflow

Hi, I have been evolving a workflow that requires me to automatically/programatically:

1. Create images
2. Clone them
3. Pause/Resume/Delete them
4. Optional start them with a GUI

Is there a way I can do these with 100% CLI? So that UTM GUI app never comes up?

Take a look at Packer and Vagrant.

UTM has plugin for both.
