Can't "Enabling Clipboard Sharing"

Hello UTM! I use it on my Mac. Install MacOs 16.6
I try to enable Clipboard Sharing. I need to copy files and folder from my Mac to VM Mac.

But I can't find this ontion in the settings to activate

I'v installed Quest Tools and reboot VM

P.S. Sharing folder is working, I get access for this folder. But I need to use clipboard.
P.S.S. Clipboard as regular text - works, I can copy text (but not files)

Additional question:
What is QEMU? I can't find it in the settings. How to install it?
