Files cannot open

Hi,

I have the latest UTM SE version and I am unable to open any files:
When I try to open an existing .utm file, no matter how many times I click, it cannot proceed to the next step.
When I try to install a new machine, I can’t proceed with an .iso file.

.utm file size approx. 200KB, .iso file size approx. 5.88GB

CONFIGS:
UTM VERS. 4.2.5 BUILD 81 (UTM SE).
OS Version: iPadOS 16.2
Device Model: iPad mini (5th generation)
Not jailbroken
Got by sideloading using Scarlet (usescarlet.com)
