Is it possible to configure bot's initial post comment?

When choosing one of the issue-term options where the bot can create an issue if it doesn't exist, is it possible to configure the message in the bot's initial comment? Specifically, I'm wondering if it's possible to remove the link from the issue back to the page where the comments are.
