Wrong Comment Count even after deleting comments

I wrote some test comments on my blog and after deleting it from the issue page, The comments are no longer visible on the page but the count remains the same instead of going to 0. Can you please tell me how to rectify this

To fix the comment count not updating correctly after deleting a comment, you need to update the issue’s comment count in your app state. This count comes from the GitHub API’s comments field on the issue object, which doesn’t automatically refresh after comment deletion. After successfully deleting a comment, either re-fetch the issue data using the loadIssueByNumber function to get the updated comment count or manually decrement the count in your local state. This will keep the UI and count in sync with the actual number of comments.
