- **ADDED:** For last names beginning with **E-H**, introduced specific semester-based assignments: `UVA_id="ph7ph"` for **Fall** and `UVA_id="hcg3m"` for **Spring**.
- **ADDED:** For last names beginning with **Q-T**, clarified the assignment for **Spring** as TBA, while retaining the existing **Fall** assignment `UVA_id="pa8e"`.
- **MODIFIED:** Adjusted the range for last names beginning with **J-L** to **I-L**, ensuring proper alignment with alphabetical groupings.

TODO: Complete missing information for Spring assignment under **Q-T**.
