[Feature Request] "Duplicate Chart" funcion in menu / keyboard shortcut

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Chart menu has an option to create a new (blank) chart [Shift+N] and delete the current chart [Ctrl+Del]. An option to duplicate the current chart would be useful since new charts can and often are based on current charts (or, if only, the chart-specific tempo changes)

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to create a new chart which is a copy of the currently selected chart. I propose [Ctrl+Shift+N] for a keyboard shortcut.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, I need to open Stepmania and use the "Create New" with the "Fill Steps" toggle to achieve that result. Alternatively, SMEditor has a "Duplicate Chart" button in their chart list message box

While it wouldn't be bad to do it easily in 1 step... you don't need additional programs to get the same result in AV.
You can always to it the "longer" way :

• Open the .sm file.
• Do Shift +N to create the blank chart in the mode/difficulty you want
• Go to the chart you want to copy
• Do CTRL+A to select all the steps and then CTRL+C to copy them
• Go to the destination chart and go to the position where the steps start in the origina chart.
• Do CTRL+V to paste the steps.

@Wanny this is only true when working with .sm files, .ssc works differently and all changes from the "SM5 Tempo" fields are saved per chart, not in the song header, and thus won't be copied by your method.
These timing fields are more often than not the reason I want a chart copied, not the chart itself.
