Problem of installation

Thank you for this nice package.
I add some problems to install the SmithChart.jl package.
The following mistake was given like "make_block_docstring" is missing in the SmithChart.jl...

I could fixe "by and" it but it took me some time.

Thank you for reporting the issue. I'm sorry I didn't test it properly. I should have tested on different versions of julia. I have added this and now it works at least on lts and 1.11 versions.

if VERSION >= v ‘1.11’
    using Makie: make_block_docstring
end

It should be fixed now.

It seems that the problem really had to do with not having any version of Makie specified in [compat]. I have now tested on 1.8.5, lts and release and it seems to work on all of them. I'll keep an eye on it just in case.
