missing requirements.txt file

I have downloaded the github multiple times to see if it was a pull issue, and unfortunately I keep facing the same issue- there is not requirements.txt file. I could not even find it in the repository.

From this i am also unable to catkin_make for the next steps.

Am I missing something? Appreciate your help!
