Support for multiple sonarr/radarr instances.

Would like to have the ability to use multiple instances of both sonarr and radarr while being able to specify which instance you want to request from by allowing for custom commands. Example being:

!tv -> sonarr1
!anime -> sonarr2

!movies -> radarr
!movies4k -> radarr2

Or whatever you want to set as the command.
