shadowsocks not working properly

I built shadowsocks-libev master branch and run that in my Ubuntu 20.04 server

But I can't connect to my server with v2fly but everything works when I using shadowsocks-rust

Also when I turn on my VPN, v2fly shadowsocks connect and works
