现有adguard开启了DOH v2rayNG设置了仅代理 v2rayN默认socks不变。听人说本地配置的DNS 如果解析国外域名 是不生效的 作用仅仅是解析节点IP地址，而域名会发到远程服务器做dns解析再发回来。
那么 ADG是VPN模式（手机） 流量先经过adg进行DOH DNS请求再路由到v2rayNG 那还会发送到远程服务器再做一次DNS解析吗？Windows是否仅会adg处理解析而不会发送远程服务器？
