[question] how to limit clients to use server with specific data quota or time

Hey everyone, hope you doing well.
I've set up my v2ray server as vmess protocol, i want to limit my users ( clients ) to a specific date and total bandwidth they use my vps.
I've searched github issues/discussions and documentation but all i found was the api that needs external scripts to monitor and limit user, i'd be thankful if someone knows another way that i can do so using the v2ray itself.
