Make v2ray use specified DNS

I'm trying to use v2ray with NextDNS(DNS Over HTTPS). But v2ray just refuses to follow "servers" list. Nevertheless of the syntax or style of config.
Even dokodemo-door and configuring it as dns input has no effect.
The only workaround I found is to make a DNS loop using TUN (in android) and stopping at the right time, if Cloudflare and Google DNSs can't be accessed it uses NextDNS.
