Is Transifex still being used for v5 documentation translation?

I would like to contribute to the v5 documentation translation. The README of v2fly/v2fly-github-io says that the translation contribution is on Transifex. However, I couldn't find any v5 source docs on the Transifex project.

• Is Transifex being used for v5 docs?
• Should I create translation pull requests directly on v2fly/v2fly-github-io?
