传输层使用h2协议或者grpc，每次更换网络都会断网，需要重启core才能恢复

在安卓端使用，移动数据切换到wifi或者切换到另一张卡的网络都会出现这个现象；以及在pc端电脑进入休眠，长时间没有数据传输也会。个人猜测是多路复用的问题
