V2Ray从流量入口处（比如socks5入口）把udp 流量转成PacketAddr，但它好像没考虑到PacketAddr把原目标地址封装起来之后，就没办法用Routing机制分流了，是不是这样的？有没办法国内的udp不动，国外的udp才用PacketAddr封装加速？
