Does detour creates a parallel and multi-port tunnel?

Hi,

1. Does detour creates a parallel and multi-port tunnel? Why detour has no acceleration effects for VMess-TCP-TLS? The VMess server is an OpenVZ container, so BBR cannot be used. (Applications: archive.org and ina.fr video)
2. Seems VLESS does not support detour?

[Feature Request] The detour can support parallel tunneling.
