Update: 我还是写些正经回答。从你的描述中，我初步猜测网络性能瓶颈并不在服务器上，而是在于你的运营商国际出口上，除非通过中转或者加钱更换权重更高的线路，否则很难通过其他回答的修改 Linux 内核参数方案得到有效的改善。

但这只是一个猜测，你可以使用 mtr x.x.x.x --report 做双向的路由追踪进行验证。

如果家用“高级网络”太贵，可以考虑 国内主机+国外主机， 双服务器。 很多国内服务器外网出口很快。

两台服务器之间建好桥梁后，家里电脑只要设置国内服务器作为代理就好了。
