链式代理配置文件问题

好吧，发现是自己前后写反了，"proxySettings": 后面的目标应该是前一跳而不是后一跳。

还好吧（至少对于个人来说够用了）。（非晚高峰测速只慢了一点点）（毕竟最大的关口在出墙这一段）
