Support SVG as input for PWA icons #23947
Description
As a vector graphic nerd it feels stupid to convert to raster format in 2026 just for Vaadin tooling to generate new scaled versions of that raster image. Would be better if tooling would support SVG directly (and generate rasters from that if needed for best results).
