Rename resource.md to awesome-vaarn.md

This is a proposal to rename resources.md to awesome-vaarn.md This is a github thing, and there are lots of [curated awesome](https://github.com/topics/awesome-list) lists. This doesn't really change the page much, but hopefully it will drive contributions and help clarify what the page is used for.
