Add the "domPreBuild" option which control the dom number.

Sometime, we will use many poshytips in the data table. However, the poshytip will generate the dom element when initialize.
Can we set a new option for controling this. When mouse hover, the poshytips create the tip dom, when leave, the poshytips remove.
