How to install python packages through lldb?

I'm trying to use codelldb in vimspector and I'm trying to call some python code from codelldb, but I'm missing a package, namely numpy.

The user guide says this:

Command Prompt | Open LLDB command prompt in a terminal, for managing installed Python packages and other maintenance tasks. |

How can I open that from the CLI? I tried running RUST_BACKTRACE=full ./codelldb terminal-agent for the codelldb v1.6.5 and I get this stacktrace:

And by running ./codelldb terminal-agent --port 12345 I get Error: Os { code: 61, kind: ConnectionRefused, message: "Connection refused" }

This is on macOS, latest version, intel.

Obviously, I don't know what I am holding and I am holding it wrong, in short - how do I install numpy for codelldb through the CLI?

Huh, I managed to find the solution on a google group conversation, the same problem, basically.

TL;DR - script import pip; pip.main(['install', 'numpy'])

The "LLDB: Command Prompt" command does this:
$EXTENSION_PATH/lldb/bin/lldb -O "command script import $EXTENSION_PATH/adapter/console.py"
