Comparison to lldb-vscode

lldb-vscode is an alternative lldb VS Code extension that is similar in spirit to this one. Apart from the fact that lldb-vscode is not properly packaged and published at the moment, how do these two extensions compare to each other? Would it make sense in the long term to merge both to avoid duplicated effort?
