Python 3.9 dependencies of this extension and Windows 7

VSCode-lldb is using python 3.9. This makes it impossible to use this extension under Windows 7.
Сan you go back to python 3.8?

If you are getting an error with "api-ms-win-core-path" dll, just add this dll to system32 (make sure 64-bit or 32-bit is correct for your OS)
