[M1] [C++] Suddently started to receive "spawn unknown system error -8" when debugging with LLDB

Today while debugging my C++ app, I suddenly started to receive the error "spawn unknown system error -8" each time when trying to start my debugging (F5 on my machine).

The log contained pretty much nothing:

Can someone help with how to diagnose this? I tried reinstalling the extension - it did not help.

I hope I can resolve that one because now CodeLLDB is practically unusable on the machine.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
