On mobile, reject suggestion if the user clicks anywhere but on the ghost text

Now the suggestion is accepted if the user clicks anywhere at all in the codemirror view:

Apparently there's a problem with isDecorationClicked

This was reported by @hatemhosny back in May! It's a wonder I only noticed it now. I've heard similar reports by other users, I think, but I forget by whom.
