How to add global.d.ts from client?

Hello Val town team, I love this project and I might use it in my product (fflags.com) for a config editor. I have successfully deployed the demo application on Cloudflare. I want to add some type definitions (global types), these types could be dynamic hence I want to send these types from frontend. How can I set the global.d.ts file without showing them on the editor?

We do something like this in our editor, where when you type "Deno.env.get()" you get suggests for all your Val Town env vars for the project. The way we do this is by advertising a fake file to the language server (pretending the file exists by sending a didOpen right after the language server inits), and then we have a custom language server method "vtlsp/envVars" that you can "notify" with an array of new env vars, which generates and sends a new version of this fake file. It looks something like:
