recommend me a config to render faster as possible

independent of the video quality but i usually use 720p

video quality default is 27
encoder speed default is 5 (i think this affects only size)
crhoma subsampling 420, idk what is this but i turn it on always as default
interlacing off

i usually export video only and render the video with the audio because ntqsq-rs extreme downgrade the audio to 128 kbps even in the higer options. Except flac or something like that, all video programs must render 320 kbps the size is almost the same but the difference is high
