Feature Request: Boost log

It'd be nice if there was a log of the sent boosts with time/date, amount, sender/receiver, and message.

Thanks @suorcd. Looks like I can call https://api.lightning.community/#listpayments and make a sent-boosts commands like received-boosts https://github.com/valcanobacon/BoostCLI/blob/master/src/cli/__init__.py#L145-L167

I can't wait to see what you come up with. The json output of the the listpayments looks rich, but hard to parse.
