[REQUEST] Additional changes to increase accuracy when using classic theme

There are two main things which aren't right when using EP with classic theme, and I wonder if either could be fixed in a future release.

1. The navigation bar is the wrong size. This has been the case since a few Windows 10 versions ago.

Top image is how it looked in Windows 10 LTSC 2019 (based on version 1809); bottom image is how it looks in Windows 11.

Is it possible to reduce the size of this so that it matches earlier Windows 10 versions (this is also how the classic theme looked in Vista/7)?

2. 3D borders on taskbar buttons.

This is currently possible by using Taskbow, but it's glitchy and not really a good solution. Is it possible to achieve this look using EP in a future release?
