Win 11 Start Menu Not Opening

I recently ran into an issue where the start menu won't open when my Start menu style was set to Windows 11 (default)
If I change the Start menu style to Windows 10, the start menu comes up just fine.

I can work around this, but I prefer the Win 11 start menu style.

Current Windows 11 OS Build: 10.0.22000.1757
