I just downloaded the latest update (22621.1413.54.5 Latest from 19 hours ago) and tried to run it, but I get this error:

An error has occurred while servicing this product.
This is most likely caused by one or more of the backup files
from a previous update still being in use. Unlocking the files
should fix this issue.

I have tried all the Troubleshooting steps listed below this message. Nothing has helped.

Any ideas?

I tried rebooting again and things worked this time

rebooting a second time solved the problem
