option for "open sound settings" in system tray menu for sound icon to open the audio control panel like windows 7 #1223

Can you please add an option that when enabled does the following:

right click on sound icon in system tray
in menu that opens, click on Open Sound settings
it then opens the sound control panel with the tab playback selected, instead of opening the sound section in the settings app
