Adding "WinCenterTitle" and "Dark console all time" in Explorer Patcher

I liked the EP project very much 😊. It will be more interesting if dev's can introduce and implement other cool stuffs of @valinet named "WinCenterTitle" and "Dark Console all time" to ExplorerPatcher. As it is typical for most of the users (like me) to use "Dark console all time" case study and to use the "WinCenterTitle". There is a project which implement the dark console (I haven't remember the name) but it uses more ram.

Dev's can add these like thy have added "sws" in EP. And also it will enhance the use of ExplorerPatcher.
