Taskbar disappeared

Hi everybody,

I just ran memtest86 - which means you temporarily boot from a USB drive - and after that the taskbar was gone. When I set it to Win 11 in ExplorerPatcher, the standard taskbar is there. But when I set it back to Win 10, it dissapears.
I tried rebooting, setting everything back to default in EP, uninstalling / reinstalling EP - nothing seems to help.
