Segfault/Access Violation in sws_WindowSwitcher_Initialize

Hi,

when I run Doxygen with running the dot tool in multiple threads it crashes. I've looked into it and gdb tells me:

When limiting the threads to 1 is doesn't crash and the thread info shows there are tho within sws_WindowSwitcher_Initialize, is there maybe some race condition?

Disable shell extension.

if you enabled the option register as shell extension, disable it by opening up the EP properties application, go to File Explorer, and untick Register as shell extension.
