Docking Win11 laptop to another monitor causes tasks to disappear

Hi,
I wanted to create a bug ticket first, but a pinned message said, we should use the discussion forum; so here we go.

There is a problem with the taskbar, so that all currently open tasks on the primary monitor disappear when I dock my HP laptop, using a USB-C dock from HP. Starting a new task does not help.

I found a workaround though; if I use the Properties dialog of EP and click "Restart File Explorer", then the tasks reappear.

IMO, this could/should be fixed in EP.
