Logging in with a new user account does not finish loading

If a new user account is created with the Explorer Patcher installed, the first login for that user will not finish loading forever. Temporarily uninstalling EP will allow the user to log in, but it would be appreciated if you could fix it so that the user can log in without uninstalling. (If this is not possible, we may have a problem if the user account we normally use is corrupted...)
